EagleCrest Global Services was selected to carry out a full sanitation program for a private medical clinic in Manchester. The facility includes consultation rooms, waiting areas, treatment rooms, restrooms, and administrative offices.

With patient safety and infection control as top priorities, the clinic required an advanced sanitation process using medical-grade disinfectants, strict protocols, and an experienced team with knowledge of healthcare cleaning compliance standards.

Solutions

Our highly trained sanitation team followed an enhanced clinical-grade cleaning checklist, broken down by risk zones. We used only approved antiviral and antibacterial solutions and employed PPE throughout the process.

✔ Disinfection of all surfaces using EN 14476 compliant cleaning agents
✔ UV spot checks and ATP testing to confirm disinfection effectiveness
✔ Isolation area protocols including contact time adherence and waste handling
✔ Cleaning of high-touch points: door handles, beds, touchscreens, and examination tables
✔ Anti-microbial fogging of reception and waiting areas as an added infection prevention measure

Outcome:
The client passed its pre-scheduled CQC hygiene inspection with outstanding marks. Staff confidence increased, and patients reported higher trust in the clinic’s sanitation and safety levels.
