3. Booking and Payment

7. Health & Safety
To protect both our staff and your property:
- Please disclose any known hazards (e.g., fragile items, pets, security alarms).
- Our team will not handle biohazardous materials or conduct work in unsafe conditions.
- We reserve the right to suspend service if health or safety is compromised.
